It aligns diverse scientific disciplines (psychiatry, neurology, evolutionary theory, genetics and education) into an understanding of the aspects that children require to thrive.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Therapy and, if indicated, medication can help you recover motivation, perspective, and the joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after post traumatic events. Relief occurs through the process of “face, trace and erase”.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Sessions are held in a supportive environment that leads to an increased understanding of one’s partner. This increases the empathetic bonding necessary for the creation of a stronger relationship.
